Our clinic is committed to making your experience as seamless as possible by reducing paperwork, minimizing wait times, and streamlining your visit. We highly encourage you to sign up for the patient portal, which you can do once you receive a medical record number (MRN). The portal will allow you to complete intake forms, review clinic notes/test result and contact your care team. My team checks this multiple times per day and strives to answer your questions and address your concerns in a timely manner.
