
Daniel McMahon, PA-C, MBA
Daniel McMahon, PA-C, MBA, is an orthopedic physician assistant at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a state licensed and nationally certified Physician Assistant, and has more than a decade of experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic patients in both clinic and surgical settings. Prior to join the Mayo Clinic in 2023, Dan worked in a high volume private practice.
Raised in St. Augustine, FL, Dan attended Flagler College where he earned a baccalaureate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he deployed as an Army Medic serving in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After leaving the Army, he earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida.
He maintains membership with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Physician Assistants Orthopedic Surgery, and the Florida Association of Physician Assistants. Professional certification is maintained through a variety of continuing education courses as well as national and international conferences.
Dan is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care with the goal of improving every patient’s quality of life. When not treating patients, Mr. McMahon enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, fishing, and surfing.
